THE PERSON BEHIND THE STORY

More than a single frame.

I’m Batuhan Sağlam. Based in Istanbul, I see directing, image-making and editing as different layers of the same story.

My experience spans control rooms, film sets, editing desks, events and brand projects. Television programmes, documentaries, advertising, cinema and digital content have each shaped how I approach production.

A strong film brings idea, story, pace, sound and visual atmosphere together. I carry decisions made on set into the edit, and lessons from the edit into the next shoot.

I founded V55 Studio with this perspective: a creative production space connecting the first idea with filming, editing and final delivery.

This personal archive brings together my work and my approach to filmmaking. For brand and production projects, we can work together through V55 Studio.
